Box H Construction was contracted to convert an existing boathouse into a unique poker room.
Wood and rock meet inside and out, over water and land to form this incredible space. Some of the challenges with this project included the areas where those elements meet edge to edge. We took great care in having them join together as naturally as the environment that surrounds them. Where lines are meant to be straight, they’re straight. Where they needed to flow, they flow. The owner of this one-of-a-kind transformation definitely went all-in… and won.
Box H Construction also does more. Which is sometimes less.
We added a tubular skylight and rectangular skylight to bring natural light into this existing home. Every build isn’t new, but every home can be made to feel like new.
